Live streamed Dance 4 Wellbeing Classes via Zoom for those who need to get active a home. Dance offers much more than exercise, it provides numerous health benefits throughout our lives, improving our physical, cognitive and emotional being boosting our quality of life. • Improve mobility • Improve participants posture, balance, strength and flexibility • Reduce risk of falls • Create social connection • Reduce depression and anxiety No prior dance experience is required, and the sessions are inclusive of all mobilities
